Overview:

We seek a motivated and experienced Outreach expert to help expand our client base for web design and development services in international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and lead-generation skills, familiarity with web design and development terminology, and the ability to connect with decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses. This is a commission-based role with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: Remote (Australia, USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE) One for each location

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in target markets (Australia, USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE).
  2. Cold Outreach: Contact prospects via LinkedIn, email, social media, and other effective channels.
  3. Follow-up and Nurturing: Regularly follow up with leads, provide information about services, and build relationships to convert leads into clients.
  4. Pitching Services: Present our web design and development offerings to prospective clients and effectively communicate their value and benefits.
  5. Sales Tracking: Document and update lead interactions, track progress through the sales pipeline, and report on outreach activities.
  6. Feedback and Strategy Improvement: Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and strategy based on market feedback.

Commission Details:

  • Commission Rate: Earn 10–15% commission per successfully closed contract. Specific rates vary based on project size and client contract terms.
  • Payment Schedule: Commission will be paid upon the client’s first payment or project completion, as per agreed terms.

Target Markets:

  • Small to large-sized businesses, tech startups, entrepreneurs, primarily in the Australia, USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE.

Outreach Methods:

  • LinkedIn: Connecting and messaging potential clients.
  • Email Marketing: Sending tailored, professional emails to prospective clients.
  • Social Media: Engaging on Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms to create interest and brand awareness.
  • Freelance Platforms: Monitoring platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer to identify client leads and submit proposals.

Success Metrics:

  • Lead Quality: Consistently generate high-quality leads aligned with the target market.
  • Conversion Rate: Targeting a minimum conversion rate (e.g., 10%) of leads to paying clients.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieving monthly revenue targets based on client contracts.
  • Client Retention: Successful conversion of retained and satisfied clients with the service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or outreach, preferably in finance, accounting, bookkeeping services, web design, development, or tech-related services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work across different time zones and coordinate effectively with our Pakistan-based team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and other digital tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Understanding of International Markets: Familiarity with the business culture and expectations in Australia, USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE is essential to effectively tailor outreach strategies.
