Team Leader/HR

Location: Sheikh Yousuf Road, Dera Ismail Khan

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Strict office hours)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader/HR to manage and supervise our digital marketing, accounting, bookkeeping, and graphic design teams. The ideal candidate will act as a key player in ensuring smooth operations and will represent the company in the owner’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily tasks related to Digital Marketing, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Graphic Design.
2. Manage project timelines, assign work, and ensure targets are met across all departments.
3. Supervise and motivate team members to deliver high-quality work and meet company goals.
4. Provide clear communication between the management and the team.
5. Act on behalf of the owner in their absence to ensure smooth business operations.
6. Handle recruitment, staff management, and daily HR tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred), IT Background can also apply who meets the required criteria
• Experience:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably managing digital marketing, accounting, and design teams.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and HR management.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, social media management, online advertising).
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping processes (QuickBooks, financial reporting).
  • Skills in Social Media Platform handling and management.
  • Basic understanding of Graphic Design workflows and the ability to coordinate between design and marketing.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Decision-making ability in the absence of the owner.

Salary: PKR 15,000/month (starting salary)
